Agriculture on The Agenda
Here are a couple of photos from the taping of The Agenda on Monday night in Kingston.
The show dealt with Ontario’s agricultural economy and was preceeded by a day long workshop – called AgendaCamp – of discussions on that topic.
In the first photo (from left), panelist Kim Sytsma, a beef farmer and board member of the Ontario Cattlemen’s Association; Kelly Daynard, program manager with the Ontario Farm Animal Council; and Peter Ruiter, a panelist and dairy farmer, stand in front of a banner showing Steve Paikin.
Unfortunately, Steve was sick which prevented him from hosting the show that night…so this is the closest they got to Steve that night!
And in this photo, the countdown to air is on in the studio set up at Queen’s University.
Panelists Bette Jean Crews (centre) and Randy Hillier are seated, waiting for the show to begin.
