It would allow the urbanites to get a feel for how food is made, and require a space &quot;manager&quot; to ensure there are the protocols for biosecurity, etc.  I suspect several people would try it for a few years, especially when their children are in grade school, then go on to let the professionals grow the food after they are tired of the chores.
