Breakfast pizza – easy, delicious and local!

A few weeks ago I came across an article that talked about Breakfast Pizza as the latest trend in chic breakfast eating. This seems like a great idea to me – I love pizza and I love breakfast, so I figure you can’t go wrong by bringing these two life staples together!

Survey says: consumers seek lean, tender, flavourful meat options

When it comes to meat, Ontario consumers want protein that is lean and low in saturated fat – yet is still tender and flavourful.
This was the finding of a market research survey conducted recently by the Ontario Veal Association (OVA) to determine consumer perceptions and knowledge of veal and its health benefits.
